Process West 3.5 Inch Crossover Pipe — Next Gen Ranger Raptor
The crossover pipe carries air from the air box across to the turbochargers, and the factory item is plastic and narrower than it needs to be. Process West replace it with a full 3.5-inch alloy pipe, reducing restriction through the intake system and allowing the engine to draw air more freely under load. It is also more durable than the factory plastic component, which matters on a vehicle that spends time in corrugations, dust and heat.

Of the intake components, this is the least expensive change and works with whatever air box the vehicle is already running, which makes it a sensible starting point for anyone not ready to replace the whole intake.
