Process West Intercooler Piping Kit — Next Gen Ranger Raptor

The Next Gen Raptor uses plastic intercooler piping from the factory. Under raised boost, that piping is working harder than it was designed to, and Process West note that splitting is a known issue on tuned vehicles. This kit replaces all of the factory plastic piping with 2.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminium tube and 5-ply silicone hoses, removing that failure point from the charge air system.

Note that this kit is only compatible with the Process West Stage 2 intercooler — it is not a standalone upgrade for a vehicle running the factory cooler.
