RAM TRX Stage 1 Performance Package

The RAM TRX already has plenty of supercharged Hemi to work with, but there's a lot more sitting in it. Our Stage 1 package unlocks more power and torque by combining a few well-chosen hardware upgrades with a custom dyno tune. Each component has been selected to work as part of one complete package.

What's Included

Supercharger Pulley and Belt

A smaller-diameter supercharger pulley spins the blower faster, which increases boost. It's machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminium and has a grip-textured surface that holds the belt firmly without causing premature wear. A new belt is fitted with it.

160-Degree Thermostat

The 160-degree thermostat opens earlier than the factory unit. That keeps engine temperatures lower and helps the TRX hold its power when it's being worked hard. It's a direct replacement and fits with no modifications.

Manta Twin 3" Cat-Back Exhaust

This Australian-made system from Manta uses twin 3" pipework, an H-pipe and free-flowing mufflers, and it bolts straight to the factory Y-pipe. It lets the engine breathe more freely and gives the TRX a deeper V8 note. It's finished with 5" tips in your choice of chrome or black.

Custom Dyno Tune

With the hardware fitted, we calibrate boost, fueling and ignition timing on our 4WD dynamometer for 98 octane fuel. This is what brings the package together: every component works in harmony, and the gains are delivered safely.

How It Works

Baseline Assessment

Every TRX starts with a baseline run on our 4WD dyno. This confirms the vehicle is healthy before any work begins and gives us a stock figure to measure against.

Installation and Tuning

Our technicians fit the Stage 1 components, then tune the vehicle on the dyno to get the most out of the new hardware.

Road Testing and Refinement

Once dyno tuning is complete, we road test the TRX and make final adjustments so it drives as well as it performs in everyday conditions.

Your Results

At completion, you'll receive a dyno graph showing your TRX's power and torque before and after the upgrade.
