5.7L | 6.4L SRT | Trackhawk
Every Jeep leaves the factory with a calibration built around compromise. It has to suit fuel of varying quality, a wide range of climates, emissions targets in multiple markets, and drivers who will never use the car the way you do. That leaves room — and that room is what we work in.
We remap the WK2 platform across all three engines. Each one is tuned on our dyno with a calibration written for that specific vehicle, not a generic file loaded off a shelf.
5.7L HEMI
The 5.7 responds well to a properly written calibration. The gains show up where you actually use the car — throttle response, part-throttle drivability, and pulling power when the vehicle is loaded or towing. We also address the MDS cylinder deactivation behaviour, which is one of the most common complaints owners have about how these drive from standard.
6.4L SRT
The 6.4 is a strong engine from the factory, and the calibration is one of the last remaining restrictions on it. A custom tune sharpens throttle response, cleans up transmission behaviour, and lets the engine breathe the way it was built to. It works as a standalone upgrade, and it's also the finishing step on any intake, header or exhaust work.
Trackhawk
The supercharged Trackhawk is the most calibration-sensitive vehicle in the range, and the one where a considered tune matters most. We tune these with reliability as the priority — fuelling, timing and intake temperature management all reviewed properly rather than chasing a number on a screen. If you've fitted supporting hardware, we'll take that into account when the calibration is written.
How we do it
Every vehicle goes on the dyno before we touch anything, so we know exactly what we're starting with and that the car is mechanically healthy. The calibration is developed for that vehicle, then we take it on the road to finish it — because a car that only feels right on a dyno isn't finished. You get a before-and-after dyno graph at the end of it.
We tune for 98 octane as standard. If you need to run something else, tell us before you book and we'll write the calibration accordingly.
Before you book
A remap is not a fix for an unhealthy engine. If there's a fault, a service overdue, or a mechanical issue underneath, we'll find it on the baseline run and we'll tell you about it before we go any further. That's not us being difficult — it's the difference between a car that drives better for years and one that gives you trouble in six months.
Give the team a call and we'll talk through what's realistic for your vehicle.
Please note: some models will require a ECU unlock, this is an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
