GPC Stage 1 Package

After 18 months of intensive R&D on our Next Gen Ranger Raptor test mule, we’re proud to officially release our performance tuning packages.

Surprisingly, our data has shown that the best bang-for-buck setup is achieved with just two key upgrades: a Process West Intercooler paired with our GPC custom calibration. That’s it — nothing else is needed until you step up to Stage 3.

Our team has received in-house training from a Ford OEM engine calibration engineer, giving us deep insight into the Bosch MG1CS036 PCM used in the Next Gen Raptor and Mustang platforms. This has allowed us to extract significant power and torque gains while retaining all factory safety features.

Our development vehicle has been thoroughly tested in extreme conditions — from heavy sand with 40°C ambient temperatures — ensuring reliability and performance under stress.

Initially, we tested with all the typical Stage 2 hardware: upgraded air box, intercooler piping, and a full turbo-back exhaust. Once we dialed in our tune, we began reverting parts to stock — and surprisingly, performance remained largely unchanged until we swapped the intercooler back. The stock intercooler proved to be a major limiting factor, especially in hotter climates, which is why it's the core component of our Stage 1 package.
